Large-scale SCADA: Innovation that transforms

Zenú, the largest processed food company in the country with a major focus on meat products, has been one of our primary strategic clients for over ten years. Throughout this partnership, we have worked together on the implementation of the largest and most robust SCADA system ever developed by our company.

Built on the LabVIEW platform, this SCADA system integrates more than 16,000 plant variables, most of them under continuous monitoring and control. The solution enables alarm and event management, the generation of historical and real-time reports, and direct integration with critical production process applications as well as Zenú's SAP ERP administrative system.

Currently, we maintain an active alliance with Zenú for the administration and evolution of the platform, performing functional expansions, continuous maintenance, and system updates. Additionally, we guarantee the availability and traceability of historical data; through a specialized API, users receive instant notifications for critical alarms and events tailored to their operational needs.

This SCADA system has become a key tool for the maintenance, quality, and production departments, providing reliable real-time information regarding any plant developments, allowing them to anticipate, prevent, and correct operational issues. Each area accesses the system according to their organizational role, ensuring efficiency and security in data management.
