Knowledge transfer, sustainable power

SMART Automation Technology SAS, as an NI (National Instruments) Alliance Partner, developed a successful training project with the Colombian National Army (Aviation). The project was aimed at strengthening the technical capabilities of the personnel in charge of the hydraulic calibration test benches for Black Hawk helicopters at the Tolemaida Military Air Base.

The project enabled engineers and technicians to achieve full autonomy in the execution, maintenance, and improvement of hydraulic testing through hands-on training in LabVIEW, data acquisition, and real-time systems. This training transformed the perception of system complexity, empowering personnel to optimize the test benches according to their specific operational needs.

In total, 22 active-duty members were trained, including advanced instruction in NI TestStand and DIAdem at the National Instruments headquarters in Mexico, consolidating a model of effective and sustainable knowledge transfer.
